We are seeking adynamic and experienced Permanent Account Manager to join our teamin the Manufacturing industry. This is an exceptional opportunityto lead and grow key accounts within the coatings and liningssector of our business. The ideal candidate is a self-starter,highly motivated, and has a proven track record in B2B sales andengineering. If you are passionate about sales, customer service,and have a deep understanding of the manufacturing industry, wewould love to hear from you. The role requires a minimum of 5 yearsof experience in a similar position.
Responsibilities:
1. Developand maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuringmaximum customer satisfaction. 2. Identify and pursue new businessopportunities within the coatings and linings sector. 3.Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to develop andimplement effective sales strategies. 4. Understand and anticipateclients’ needs and challenges, and provide solutions accordingly.5. Prepare regular reports on account status and sales results. 6.Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. 7.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients within yourportfolio. 8. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely andsuccessful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.9. Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts,customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors. 10. Forecast andtrack key account metrics. 11. Assist with high severity requestsor issue escalations as needed.
Qualifications:
1. Proven workexperience as an Account Manager, Sales Representative, or relevantrole in the manufacturing industry. 2. Demonstrable ability tocommunicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levelsof an organization. 3. Solid experience with CRM software and MSOffice. 4. Experience delivering client-focused solutions tocustomer needs. 5. Proven ability to juggle multiple accountmanagement projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention todetail. 6. Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentationabilities. 7. Strong verbal and written communication skills. 8.BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field.9. In-depth understanding of the coatings and linings sector withinthe manufacturing industry. 10. Strong knowledge of B2B sales andproven track record of meeting or exceeding targets. 11. Experiencein engineering is a significant plus. 12. Self-motivated and ableto thrive in a result-driven environment. 13. Natural relationshipbuilder with integrity, reliability, and maturity.
