Property Services Account Manager Birdseye 3104 Huntington Road, Richmond, VT 05477 Birdseye Property Services is seeking a skilled and professional self-starter to join the team as a full time Account Manager. Ideal candidates have 15+ years of carpentry experience with some knowledge of whole home systems including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, lighting, HVAC and home automation. We help people take care of their Birdseye homes, from mechanical systems and emergencies to seasonal tasks and light renovations. What you would bring to the job: Strong communication and organizational skills Positive attitude Team oriented approach Attention to detail Sense of humor Passion for problem solving Discretion Strong carpentry skills Job responsibilities: Interact with clients and caretakers Execute client requests, big and small Learn documentation software Perform scheduled home maintenance Perform emergency troubleshooting Manage and perform general carpentry and repairs Collaborate with team members on projects and scheduling Birdseye Property Services offers competitive wages (30/hr + depending on experience), a company truck, a cell phone, and benefits including health insurance, paid vacation, and a 401K in addition to ESOP (employee owned) shares.
