2nd Avenue NW, Cullman, AL 35055 Follow up with internet leads and sales prospects via phone, email, and text Contact current customers to gauge their interest in upgrading to a new vehicle Job Requirements Previous call center, telemarketing, or appointment setting experience preferred. Must be self-motivated and strive to meet/exceed weekly and monthly goals Ability to multitask Must be organized due to the high volume of leads this position is required to handle Ability to work proficiently without being micromanaged Compensation Hourly pay plus monthly bonus Schedule Monday-Friday and every other Saturday with an off day of your choice on the weeks you work Saturdays. Hours are 7:30 am-4:30 pm, 8:00 am-5:00 pm, or 8:30 am-5:30 pm. Summary As a BDC Representative, you will be essential in driving customer engagement and enhancing the dealership’s sales performance. Your core skills in customer service, retail sales, and effective communication will enable you to manage appointment scheduling and handle outbound sales calls efficiently. Utilizing your premium skills in customer follow up and CRM software, you will support the sales team in nurturing leads.
