Brand Associate Responsibilities Include:
Represent clients professionally at branded events throughout the Birmingham area. Engage with potential customers to educate them about products and services. Answer customer inquiries and provide exceptional service to ensure satisfaction. Set up and maintain a polished and organized event display. Track customer interactions and feedback to support campaign performance. Work with the team to meet and exceed campaign goals. Assist in brainstorming and executing promotional strategies.
