Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service to clients, answering inquiries and providing necessary information

Assist with administrative tasks such as processing paperwork, organizing client files, and preparing documents

Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure smooth sales operations, including scheduling appointments, following up with leads, and maintaining contact databases

Communicate with clients to update them on policy changes, address their concerns, and provide general support

Develop a strong understanding of Farmers Insurance policies and offerings to effectively assist clients and provide accurate information.
Salary:
$16.00

Ability to work effectively as part of a team and self-motivated.
