We’re hiring a Retail Sales & Marketing Representative for our client in Mobile, AL to join our growing team! In this full-time position, you’ll represent well-known brands inside retail partner locations, engage directly with customers, and drive new business through product education and promotional sales.

What You’ll Do:

Interact with customers in a retail environment to promote products and services Learn and execute brand sales pitches, offers, and promotions Educate customers on product benefits, features, and deals Maintain in-store displays and promotional materials Work closely with our management and marketing teams to hit sales goals Use a tablet/CRM system to enroll customers and track performance Participate in hands-on training to master sales techniques and customer engagement

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication skills and a people-first attitude Willingness to learn sales strategies and apply them in real time Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive, professional demeanor Reliable transportation for local travel to and from partner retail stores Availability to work full-time, including at least one weekend day Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience is a plus (but not required)
