Prospector Hours:
Prospectors are allowed to set their own hours as long as daily goals are being met. Pay is $10/hour, with $20 per quote generated. GOALS To initiate the insurance conversation with new business clients, gather basic info necessary for quoting, work with producers to better protect our neighbors from overpriced coverage that doesn’t fully protect them. Prospectors need to be high energy, outgoing individuals with positive attitudes.
