Yale Athletics Ticketing Fellowship Position Available In South Central Connecticut Planning Region, Connecticut

The Yale Athletics Fellowship Program’s purpose is to engage and cultivate young professionals interested in working in college athletics. The Ticket Office Fellow will be working under the guidance of both the Assistant Athletic Director, Ticket Operations and Assistant Director of Ticket Operations, playing a key role in sales, customer service, and event management. You’ll gain valuable hands-on experience with the end-to-end ticketing process, and learn all aspects of the ticketing software Audienceview. The goal of this role is for you to take on managerial responsibility for select Yale Athletics home events, ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional fan experiences. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop managerial skills while contributing to the success of our athletic events. The Fellowship is a paid fixed duration non-benefit flexible hour position.
