Information Technology Full Job Description Role :
This role serves as the point person for in-house graphic design, as well as marketing department project/traffic coordination. Responsibilities encompass graphic design deliverables for marketing/promotion use; adherence to brand standards; department project/traffic management; participation in marketing campaign creative process; development of marketing campaign designs; delivery of traditional and digital design iterations; website and social media graphics support; and visual design support for other organizational needs.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Primary responsibilities include development and design of effective marketing materials in support of ongoing campaigns and programs. Consistent and ongoing collaboration with the marketing team and other departments. Digital media iterations include (but are not limited to) online/mobile ads, website graphics, social media graphics, email graphics, and digital signage. Traditional media iterations include (but are not limited to) print advertisements, direct mail, sales support materials, out-of-home advertising, and promotional materials. Project and traffic management and coordination includes input and upkeep of marketing projects within the team’s project management platform. Weekly and daily review of team project status, as well as updates to the project status are expected. Brand champion for ongoing development and adherence to brand standards and designs. Requires collaboration with the marketing team, vendor partners, and organizational leaders/team members to support and assist with consistent use of the company brand. Assists Marketing team in execution of marketing programs where needed; including email marketing, digital display advertising, social media marketing, website updates, online banking marketing, and other platforms as needed. Collaborates with Marketing team in marketing campaign development and creative design direction. Contributes and supports overall marketing campaign strategy. Provides detailed feedback regarding traditional and digital campaign success. Coordinates with Marketing team any internal communications to Team Radiant regarding marketing programs, member offers, member communications, and company-sponsored events. Performs other job related duties assigned.
Knowledge and Skills:
Experience One year to three years of similar or related experience. Education (1) A bachelor’s degree, or (2) achievement of formal certifications recognized in the industry as equivalent to a bachelor’s degree (e.g., information technology certifications in lieu of a degree). Interpersonal Skills Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for the purpose of first-level conflict resolution, building relationships, and soliciting cooperation. Discussions involve a higher degree of confidentiality and discretion, requiring diplomacy and tact in communication. Other Skills Experience with graphic design and design principles. Experience with digital design and digital marketing tools/platforms. Social media marketing experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as analytical capabilities. Energetic, results-oriented, self-motivated team player.
