This is not a “content for content’s sake” role. Every task you take on is tied to measurable business outcomes —traffic, leads, conversions, and sales. You’ll track what’s working, pivot when needed, and push for real performance—not just likes, clicks, or impressions. This role is ideal for someone who loves variety, enjoys digging into why consumers take action, and wants to grow into a key player on a small, nimble team. You’ll support Trimark Properties and its affiliated companies—creating and executing campaigns for student apartments, traditional apartment rentals, office space rentals, a food park, an architecture firm, and more. You’ll experiment, adapt, and constantly optimize to create real marketing impact. –> You must be located in Gainesville, FL and available to work in-office. Job Description:

Identify the right target audiences and find ways to directly market to them in profitable ways that lead to leads, conversions, and sales Maintain and update marketing websites (pricing, availability, photography, graphics, visual content) Create and send email and other marketing campaigns to generate measurable leads and support leasing/sales goals Support SEO initiatives, content updates, and web analytics tracking Build, own, and adjust your task list to meet business goals across multiple brands Support (and eventually lead) proposal responses for government RFPs/RFQs Develop creative skills to produce visual content including photography and graphics Work closely with leadership (mostly remote) to meet goals and priorities As needed, develop websites for new projects using sites like Wix, WordPress, Figma, etc As needed, take photography (once trained) including drone photos, headshots, and candids As needed, produce social media content—but only content that leads directly to sales Collaborate with freelance designers and photographers for complex projects; for standard projects, the chosen applicant is expected to use the Adobe Suite and other software tools to implement graphic design and photography in-house

Ideal Candidate:

Must be located within commuting distance from office (Gainesville, FL) and looking for an in-person role (no hybrid or remote opportunities) Strong organization and project management skills—you must drive your own workflow across competing priorities At least 1-4 years of hands-on experience doing the kind of marketing that drives leads and sales Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Wix, etc), Figma, and email tools (like Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.) Basic graphic design skills (Canva or Adobe Suite; Adobe Suite strongly preferred) An experimental mindset—when something doesn’t work, you’re curious and persistent, not discouraged Tech savvy High comfort with shifting priorities and evolving goals Applicants with strong graphic design skills (including full Adobe suite) and photography skills are eligible for higher pay ranges This Role Might Not Be for
