This includes managing of website, event marketing, and direct marketing. This coordinator will provide creative materials during content development and advertising placement Marketing Coordinator will ensure projects get done on time and under budget. Our Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with key players to make sure that each project gets the resources and attention it needs to be successful. The candidate for this role will also be responsible for handling correspondence with clients and outside vendors. Communicating with other departments within the company to keep marketing campaigns on track. Must be creative and resourceful. Responsibilities Organizing the creation of website content Prepare letters and emails to physicians and patients to keep them informed, involved and educated of any changes happening in the practice. Work to coordinate day-to-day marketing of physicians and the practice. Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Advertising
• 2+ years’ marketing, advertising or graphic design experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Must be motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
