Marketing and Sales Assistant Position Available In Broward, Florida

Marketing and Sales Assistant Grabba Leaf LLC Pompano Beach, FL 33064 We are seeking a proactive and organized Marketing and Sales Assistant for a cross-functional role within our office team. This position supports both marketing and sales functions, helping to coordinate campaigns, manage customer data, prepare promotional materials, and assist with internal communications. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with multiple departments to ensure smooth execution of marketing and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various platforms. Manage and update content on social media accounts, ensuring alignment with campaign goals. Assist the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks Manage customer orders, process quotes, and follow up on order status Use marketing and sales software to track campaign performance, analyze data, client orders, and generate reports. Communicate with clients and vendors via phone, email, and other communication channels Assist with the coordination of marketing events, including logistics and customer engagement. Work closely with customers to strengthen brand relationships and gather feedback for campaign optimization. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery Provide administrative support for marketing initiatives as needed. Any other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Associate’s degree or higher in Marketing, Sales or business-related field. 1 + years’ experience in an office environment. Experience with digital marketing tools and social media platforms. Proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar software. Basic knowledge of marketing analytics and campaign tracking. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
