Duties Write compelling, conversion-focused copy for ads, emails, landing pages, and social media Develop and implement email marketing campaigns that nurture leads and drive action Execute strategic content calendars across platforms—keeping the brand voice sharp, consistent, and engaging Manage Google PPC and Facebook Ad campaigns , with a focus on ROI and lead generation Optimize our presence through SEO and YouTube strategy to increase traffic and visibility Own deadlines, details, and deliverables with excellence and efficiency Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, sales, and operations to align messaging and impact Skills A confident copywriter who knows how to craft messages that sell and stories that stick Experienced in email marketing platforms and automation tools Knowledgeable in content strategy , digital ad platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads), and basic SEO best practices Able to plan, prioritize, and execute with little direction— you don’t wait to be told what to do Detail-obsessed and deadline-driven —your work is polished, timely, and effective Comfortable analyzing performance data to make smart marketing decisions Passionate about marketing and driven to make a meaningful impact Bonus Points If You Have… Experience in real estate or sales environments A portfolio of copywriting samples or successful campaigns Familiarity with YouTube content creation and optimization Apply today with your resume and (bonus) a portfolio or writing sample that shows us what you can do.
