Full-time Position Summary We are seeking an engaged, enthusiastic and highly responsible Marketing Coordinator dedicated specifically to our StoneHardscapes, BackyardXpo and TileXpressions brands. Our ideal candidate has a solid understanding of marketing techniques, excellent communication, time management skills, and proven success in executing great marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Internal Marketing & Advertising
- Meet with
SHS/BXPO/TX
Product Managers to discuss marketing campaigns
- Strategically create campaigns and offerings to best position the brands
- Track results
- Determine best strategy to accomplish goals; using all different marketing disciplines including but not limited to: promotions, posters, flyers, TV monitors in branches, mailers, e-blasts, social media, SMS, coupons, promo items/giveaways, etc.
- Work with Product Managers to develop annual/bi-annual product catalogs for SHS, TX and Outdoor Kitchens
- Create advertisements for industry publications/consider new advertising opportunities
- Proof, edit and approve ALL marketing projects that mention
SHS/BXPO/TX
on them, including HX projects and Dealer projects
- Create sales flyers/coupons for sales team for specials/shows/counter days
- Cross market other proprietary brands whenever appropriate
- Create video concepts for promotional videos to create company/brand awareness and work with Media Team to produce
- Get proof approval from all necessary parties involved
- Close all projects including billing New Product Roll Out and Product Promotions
- Meet with VP/Product Managers to discuss any new products being introduced
- Research products to gain as much detailed info about product as possible to create marketing material
- Use detailed product/service information to create marketing strategy highlighting key facts and information about products for promotion, including sales sheets, promotional material, e-blasts, social media and SMS marketing
- Get any promotion material approved by necessary management
- Distribute promotional material to branches and/or sales executives
- Schedule and coordinate counter days to promote new products to customers
- Create billing invoice/pay invoices, close projects Web Content (StoneHardscapes, BackyardXpo and TileXpressions Websites)
- Continuously look to update and improve websites
- Communicate changes to web team
- Keep Google locations and contact information up to date Social Media
- Manage all 3 brands’ social media accounts, including, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok
- Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules to coordinate with new product releases, promotions, sales, events, etc.
- Create persuasive content that strikes a chord with the intended audience, builds meaningful customer connections, increases brand awareness and encourages community members to engage with the brands
- Work with designers and media team to build graphical content that will generate audience interaction, conversation, and engagements for our brands across our digital channels
- Publish and share new content (including original text, images, video) per editorial calendars
- Ensure posts are scheduled at optimal days and times on specific channels
- Answer comments/questions customers or connections may ask in a timely fashion
- referring to the website, Customer Service and salespeople to answer these questions
- Respond to reviews on Google and other platforms Tradeshow Management
- Help to create new tradeshow displays as needed
- Formulate booth layout and product placement with Product Manager
- Manage all facets of tradeshow from start to finish
- reserve booths, order all amenities needed, attendees, hotel, meeting rooms, apparel, promo items, track expenses, etc.
- Coordinate shipping/logistics for all shows
- work with ACAP Product Manager to consolidate shipments for common shows
- Work tradeshows as needed
- physically setup and breakdown, schedule staff to work, meet with current/potential dealers
- Distribute leads collected at tradeshows to appropriate salespeople Miscellaneous
- Attend and participate in Marketing Department Meeting
- Attend and participate in Team Meeting
- Answer phones and transfer calls to appropriate party
- Collect marketing packages from receiving
- Assist others in the office with any requests outside of my job description for the betterment of the team
- Source resources that will benefit the marketing team
- Assist with all company events as part of the Marketing Team
- Stay abreast of what’s going on company-wide
Other Requirements:
- Positive, enthusiastic and flexible attitude

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Knowledge in Adobe programs, especially Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or any related field is desired
