Job Description
Description We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our commercial real estate team. This role is ideal for someone with a creative mindset, strong communication skills, and proficiency in design tools. You will work closely with brokers to support marketing efforts and ensure materials are accurate, timely, and visually compelling.
Requirements Key Responsibilities:
+ Coordinate with brokers to gather listing information and follow up on marketing needs + Create property marketing materials, including tour books, flyers, and email campaigns + Prepare and distribute property vouchers and surveys + Manage signage orders for property listings + Design and update marketing collateral using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator (approx. 50% of workload) + Assist in the development and execution of digital and print marketing campaigns
Qualifications:
+ Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience + High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred + Prior experience in commercial real estate is highly preferred + Strong proficiency with Adobe InDesign; Photoshop and Illustrator experience is a plus + Proficient in
Microsoft Office Suite Top Skills:
+ Strong communication skills + Highly dependable and professional demeanor + Creative and visually focused with attention to detail + Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines + Strong organizational and time management skills
