Property Coordinator & Marketing Assistant Overview We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Property Coordinator & Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. This position plays a key role in organizing and collecting property information, creating digital listings, and developing marketing materials to promote properties. The ideal candidate will also support sales teams with communication and administrative tasks, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the sales process. Duties Organize and collect detailed property information to create comprehensive property listings. Develop and manage digital listings for properties across multiple platforms, ensuring accuracy and timely updates. Create and design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, email campaigns, and social media content to promote properties. Support sales teams in client communications, ensuring that all interactions are seamless and professional. Assist with market research and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies. Coordinate with other departments to ensure property details are up-to-date and aligned with company standards. Manage property databases and listings to maintain consistency across all platforms. Qualifications Real estate experience required : A solid understanding of the real estate market and property management is essential. Aggressive and outgoing personality : Must be a self-starter with a passion for sales and marketing, able to engage with clients and team members effectively. Marketing experience is a plus : Experience in creating digital and print marketing materials will be highly valued. SalesForce experience is a plus : Familiarity with CRM systems, especially SalesForce, is advantageous but not required.
