At Bankers Title and Escrow Services, we specialize in providing reliable and efficient closing services for residential and commercial real estate transactions throughout the state of Florida. With a strong commitment to accuracy, customer service, and integrity, we support clients through every step of the process. Our experienced team works closely with real estate agents, lenders, buyers, and sellers to ensure a smooth and secure transaction. As our Sales & Marketing Representative, you will be responsible for attending networking events, trade shows, and industry functions to generate new leads and build long-term relationships with real estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other industry professionals. Your role will be vital in expanding our client base and promoting our brand as a trusted leader in the title and escrow space.
Responsibilities:
Develop a thorough understanding of our services to convey our value and foster referral relationships. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows. Provide education and support to clients on our products, processes, and industry trends. Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, mortgage lenders, brokers, and builders. Promote title and escrow services through in-person meetings, presentations, and networking events. Set up face-to-face meetings with potential clients and follow up with existing clients.
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of sales experience, ideally in title, escrow, real estate, or mortgage. 1+ years of experience working for a real estate or title company. Strong understanding of real estate transaction processes. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Self-starter with a proven ability to meet sales goals. Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (local travel required).
Preferred Qualifications:
