Signage and Print Sales Representative Event Services Group Coral Springs, FL 33065 JOB SUMMARY The Signage and Print Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business and managing existing client relationships within the signage and print sector. This role involves identifying sales opportunities, presenting solutions to prospective clients, and collaborating with the print and design teams to ensure successful project execution. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, and a deep understanding of large format print, signage materials, and production timelines.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and other outreach efforts. Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and proposal development to closing and post-sale follow-up. Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s signage and print offerings to effectively communicate value to clients. Prepare and deliver client presentations, quotes, and job estimates with accurate pricing and project details. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through ongoing communication and customer support. Collaborate with internal design, production, and installation teams to ensure timely and accurate job fulfillment. Track all sales activities in CRM software and report on pipeline development and revenue forecasts. Stay informed on industry trends, materials, and technology to provide expert advice and creative solutions to clients. Attend trade shows, networking events, and site visits as needed to promote company services.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED SKILLS

3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in signage, print, or a related industry. Strong knowledge of wide and large-format color printing, digital displays, and interior signage. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of wide-format printing, signage fabrication methods, substrates, and finishing techniques. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and signage plans is a plus. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills.

$55,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
