Social Media & Marketing Coordinator 4.5 4.5 out of 5 stars Green Cove Springs, FL 32043 • Hybrid work Social Media and Marketing Coordinator Seamark Ranch is seeking a Social Media and Marketing Coordinator that is responsible for creating and managing content that supports Seamark Ranch’s Christian mission and values across digital and print platforms. The Social Media and Marketing Coordinator is responsible for creating and managing content that supports Seamark Ranch’s mission across digital and print platforms. This role produces engaging content for social media, email, and events, and ensures brand consistency throughout all communications. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about using marketing to drive awareness and engagement. Strong writing skills, digital savvy, and the ability to work collaboratively are essential. This position is primarily hybrid, with travel to our office, Seamark Ranch as needed. Responsibilities Write and produce content to support communications and marketing efforts, including newsletters, website copy, and brochures. Design and create engaging text, image and video content for email communications and social media. Website edits, changes, and design utilizing the Squarespace platform. Monitor analytics and create reports detailing the successes and failures of social media and marketing campaigns and strategies. Maintain brand standards using the Seamark Ranch style guide and branding Develop and execute event marketing plans that amplify our mission and drive event awareness and engagement. Support Seamark Ranch advancement and development efforts. Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and posts in a timely, professional, and courteous manner that reflects the organization’s values and tone. Maintain brand standards using the Seamark Ranch style guide and branding standards. Perform all other duties assigned by supervisor. Requirements 2+ years in a social media, marketing role or equivalent experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, and familiarity in email marketing platforms, such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact. Expertise in multiple social media platforms. A working knowledge of Squarespace. Knowledge of online marketing strategies and channels, with the ability to anticipate digital trends and respond proactively. Superior time management and organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines An analytical mind and ability to think critically and creatively Exceptional writing and interpersonal communication skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid environment Strong alignment with Seamark Ranch’s Christian mission and values
