Job Summary:

As the Digital Marketing & Community Support Coordinator at Kuna Coworking, you’ll play a key role in shaping our online presence while also serving as a warm, reliable in-person representative of our brand. This hybrid role combines digital marketing, social media management, and basic front desk support to ensure both our online and physical spaces are engaging, professional, and thriving. Your focus will be on creating compelling content, managing Kuna’s digital voice, and supporting community growth through social platforms, newsletters, and online engagement. When needed, you’ll also assist in day-to-day operations—such as greeting members, giving tours, or prepping meeting rooms—to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing & Online Presence:

Manage daily content for Kuna’s Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn accounts Create graphics, Reels, and stories using Canva or similar tools Write and schedule monthly newsletters and email campaigns Update and maintain Kuna’s website (via WIX and WordPress ) Respond to online messages, engage with followers, and grow our digital reach Support marketing of events, promotions, and new services Track engagement, provide performance reports, and optimize strategy

Community & Networking:

Highlight members and events via digital channels Support social media collaborations, partnerships, and cross-promotions Help coordinate photo/video shoots, community spotlights, and testimonials Represent Kuna online in a way that reflects our values and community spirit

Front Desk & Operations Support:

Greet members and guests warmly, answering questions and giving tours Assist with office organization and maintaining shared space aesthetics Help prep meeting and training rooms for bookings and events Receive packages and help manage light admin or print tasks Fill in for the front desk during coverage gaps or team absences

Qualifications:

Experience managing business social media accounts Working knowledge of WIX, ShowIt, WordPress, and Canva Strong writing, design, and visual storytelling skills Friendly and professional demeanor in-person and online Organized, self-motivated, and tech-savvy Comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Business Administration, Event or content marketing experience. Experience in event planning and community management. Photography/videography or light editing skills. Familiarity with coworking, startup culture, or local business scene. Not required to be bilingual, but strongly appreciated.
