What You’ll Do:
We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Assistant to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, or a related field who is eager to gain hands-on experience in proposal coordination, marketing production, and graphic design support. You will collaborate closely with marketing, business development, and technical teams to prepare compelling proposals, visual assets, and reports that communicate our brand and capabilities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Proposal Coordination & Marketing Support:
Assist in the development, formatting, and submission of qualifications, proposals, and presentations. Collaborate with technical staff and project managers to gather content, resumes, and project information. Maintain and update marketing content databases (resumes, project sheets, images, templates). Track proposal schedules and support proposal compliance with deadlines and submission requirements. Assist in the research and tracking of marketing opportunities
Graphic Design & Content Production:
Support the design and layout of marketing collateral including reports, exhibits, presentations, and internal communications. Format templates and documents consistent with brand standards. Assist with internal and external digital content, including graphics for social media, newsletters, and company events. Help produce infographics, charts, and visual storytelling elements for proposals and reports.
Administrative & Internal Support:
Assist with organizing marketing files, folders, and project archives. Coordinate printing and production of marketing materials as needed. Participate in brainstorming sessions to support creative direction and content ideas.
What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field. Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with Canva, PowerPoint, or similar tools a plus. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines. Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Internship or academic experience with proposals or content development in a professional services or AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) environment preferred. Working knowledge of CRM systems like Deltek Vantagepoint or Cosential preferred. Basic understanding of branding principles and marketing strategy preferred. Why
