The company offers numerous options to help its employees achieve their financial, professional, and wellness goals including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance options Paid time off 401(k) plan and match And more General Duties and Responsibilities Identify and upload/create artwork, articles and other items to Company’s digital marketing in order to keep them current and relevant Coordinate digital marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities including content development, ads, posts, images, and videos Manage Company’s online reputation by tracking and coordinating feedback from various social media websites Coordinate model home photography for all locations Perform market research, including industry trends, competitive information, competitors’ marketing efforts, and perform market analysis Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy Assist in administering promotion and monitoring/tracking ad performance Make recommendations based on market data and other analytics (such as ad performance) Identify and develop new approaches to Company’s digital marketing Develop and expand digital audiences Oversee ad and post design Implement ongoing education to remain highly effective Monitor effective benchmarks (best practices) for measuring the impact of digital campaigns.
