This hybrid role combines healthcare marketing savvy with hands‑on administrative leadership. Key Responsibilities & Requirements Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive referrals from employers, HR departments, and community partners/Tampa Bay‑based businesses. Manage CRM .
Coordinate outreach:
schedule outreach with immigration attorneys, trucking companies, and construction companies, and attend health fairs, workplace safety events, and webinars. Oversee front‑office administration: patient scheduling, intake forms, and follow‑ups. Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations (OSHA, DOT, etc.) in marketing messaging. Track leads, campaign ROI, and clinic metrics; propose improvements. Build and nurture relationships with local businesses, safety officers, and HR. Fluent in English and Spanish , with excellent written and verbal communication in both. Experience (1-3+ years) in healthcare or occupational health marketing , preferably in settings like clinics, urgent care, or medical services. Highly proactive (“go‑getter”) — able to self‑start and drive campaigns and clinic tasks independently. Comfortable wearing multiple hats — from marketing strategy to administrative operations. Strong organizational skills, detail‑oriented, with an ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Experience in customer support or as a medical receptionist is a plus. Familiarity with phone systems and front desk operations is desirable. Strong attention to detail with exceptional proofreading skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Proven experience in office management or administrative roles is preferred. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred. Prior experience working in a healthcare or medical setting is strongly preferred.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools:
website CMS, social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), e‑mail campaigns, and analytics. Ability to interpret or communicate minimum healthcare regulatory language (e.g.
