The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and customer service skills combined with a genuine desire to help our patients. The candidate will also assist with chiropractic therapies when needed (will train).
Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and check in patients
- Manage scheduling, phone calls, emails, and other administrative tasks
- Abide by HIPAA laws
- Enter patient charges and process payments
- Provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries or concerns
- Collaborate with doctors, manager, and coworkers to ensure smooth operations of the clinic
- Coordinate and implement marketing efforts
- Assist with Chiropractic therapies when needed (will train)
Requirements:
- Experience in a receptionist or front desk role.
- Previous marketing experience is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to learn our Practice Management Software
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Punctuality and self-motivation
- Dedication to maintaining confidentiality of patient information
- Willingness to undergo additional training to assist with Chiropractic therapies
- Professional demeanor
- Knowledge of Chiropractic care is a plus
