Pravada Private Label and Pravada Beauty Labs formulate and manufacture premium, naturally-derived skin, hair, and bath & body products for emerging and global brands alike. We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and data-driven Marketing Assistant to join our passionate team.
THE ROLE
As our Junior Marketing Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our marketing efforts, playing a key role in shaping Pravada’s brand presence and driving engagement. You’ll be immersed in the exciting world of beauty, working closely with our Director of Marketing and VP of Sales to execute impactful campaigns and contribute to our overall marketing strategy. We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes beauty, understands the digital landscape, and is eager to make their mark.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Content & Copy:
Write and edit engaging product listings, insightful blog posts, persuasive email campaigns, and on-brand social media captions that capture Pravada’s clean-beauty voice and resonate with a beauty-savvy audience. Brainstorm scroll-stopping ad copy and innovative campaign concepts for new product launches, ensuring content is fresh, trendy, and effective.
Web & SEO:
Assist with building and updating website pages, particularly in Shopify (familiarity with Liquid/CSS/HTML is a major plus!). Optimize on-page SEO, metadata, and internal linking; monitor keyword rankings and make data-backed adjustments to enhance our online visibility and drive organic traffic.
Analytics:
Track campaign KPIs using Google Analytics/GA4, Meta Business Suite, Shopify Analytics, CRM tools, SEO tools, and beyond; translate raw data into clear, actionable weekly reports and insights. Spot emerging trends in market data and competitor activity to inform new content angles, product positioning, and overall marketing strategy.
Collaboration:
Work autonomously on assigned projects, managing your time effectively, while also syncing closely and collaboratively with our design, sales, and R D teams. Present ideas, findings, and campaign results confidently to leadership and incorporate feedback constructively and efficiently. IT “Bonus Round”: Provide light troubleshooting assistance for common office tech issues— think Wi-Fi hiccups, printer snafus, basic networking queries, software issues, or minor Shopify app glitches.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Advertising, or similar degree (preferred), and/or 3+ years of demonstrable, relevant experience. Familiarity with Shopify, Google Analytics/GA4, Meta Ads Manager, all major Social Media platforms, and basic SEO tools (SEMrush, SpyFu) Résumé required for consideration
BONUS POINTS
Portfolio that shows range across ad copy, marketing campaigns, blogs, and/or product pages. Experience with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe CC). General understanding of CSS, JavaScript, and Shopify’s Liquid templating language. Broader Information Technology related support skills (hardware/software troubleshooting).
