The ideal candidate will coordinate events, lead and execute local marketing initiatives to generate leads, work on social media marketing, enhance customer loyalty, and boost satisfaction. Location & Job Type Cape Coral, FL Direct Hire, full-time employee Compensation and Benefits $55-65k/year 401K matching FSA PTO Health, Dental and Vision insurance Duties and Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and execute regional marketing initiatives and events aligned with annual marketing calendars. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define marketing objectives and complete both internal and external project requests. Promote and manage events to ensure strong attendance and successful execution. Maintain and distribute marketing materials to support local and regional campaigns Manage the company’s social media initiatives Monitor and track event-related spending, ensuring alignment with budget guidelines. Report on marketing performance and event outcomes regularly. Track and manage all tasks and deadlines, including weekly audits and updates. Develop and implement an employee advocacy program to increase social media engagement and growth audience reach.
