Job Summary The OPS Ticketing Assistant assists in the day-to-day operation of the Athletic Ticket Office. This role focuses on providing excellent customer service, supporting ticket operations, and promoting sales and donations. Job Description Typical duties include but not limited to: Assists with various customer inquiries regarding tickets, donation accounts, and policies. Assists with all ticket operations (including ticket sales, NIL, non-renewals, will call, access control and complimentary admission gates). Provides daily coverage for ticket office phones and windows, while demonstrating exemplary customer service skills to ensure a first-class fan experience. Assists with preparation of mailings and campaign materials. Prepares invoices and receipts for customers as requested. Assists with fan engagement initiatives, tabling at events and other special projects. Meet with individuals and companies to create collateral material. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Additional Job Description Minimum Requirements:

Experience operating a personal computer and proficient with Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, and Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous cash and credit card handling experience. College or technical school coursework related to Sport Management, Sales, or Marketing.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills. Ability to multi-task and work under pressure. Ability to process and handle confidential information with discretion. Ability to work evenings, nights, and weekends as necessary. Ability to stand for up to three hours at a time and work in all weather conditions.
