Job Summary:

Compiles, reviews, analyzes, and verifies sales documents for residential single-family home builder in order to effectively coordinate the new home start process and ensure proper financing, construction, and timely starts. Assists the division with marketing and coordination of our Inventory Home Program of Quick Move-In Homes; including coordinating, entering and managing MLS listings, website management and buyer portal “Journey” photo upload management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Verifies sales pricing for accuracy and processes new home sales contracts; verifies and processes customer selection sheets, selection revisions, pricing changes, etc.; performs data entry toputer system for new customer information and revisions.
Verifies all pricing, tracks flow of and processes change orders.
Coordinates web pricing, MLS, NSO’s verifying pricing, missing addendums, deposit scles and customer letters.
Compiles all sales information; prepares and distributes weekly and monthly sales reports required.
Providesparable information (CMAs) and documentation for property appraisers.
Performs miscellaneous routine administrative functions to assist the Vice President of Sales and Marketing and New Home Sales Consultants in daily workflow including, but not limited to: work processing, pricing updates, ordering, and maintaining sales materials supplies, etc.
Updates Buyer Portal “Journey” photographs for customermunication.
Performs additional sales and marketing support assignments as requested by Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

Requirements Minimum Education Experience:

4-year degree, business or marketing preferred; Real Estate License preferred

Skills and Abilities:

General office and administrative skills to assist in the processing of departmental workflow.
Customer-service oriented with professional and courteous attitude.
Excellent verbal and writtenmunication skills for interaction with a variety of people inside and outside ofanization; goodanizational skills and detail-oriented aptitude.
Excellent working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software packages; including but not limited to Microsoft Excel.
High capacity to learn and work within a CRM program (Pivotal, Microsoft D365), DAM, Sitecore, and otherpany-specificputer programs
General knowledge of plot plan and blueprint reading helpful
