Fort Myers/Naples Join a Mission-Driven Team Improving Access to Wound Care HealPrecisely is a growing healthcare organization focused on delivering advanced, evidence-based wound care to underserved patients in their homes. We’re currently looking for a full-time Wound Care Coordinator to support our clinical team and represent our services within the community. This role is ideal for someone with healthcare sales experience who understands how to build strong relationships with referral partners, communicate clearly with patients and staff, and help streamline access to care.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent HealPrecisely within the community and build relationships with referral sources, providers, and partners Attend local events and outreach opportunities to increase visibility and referrals Coordinate with internal operations and clinical teams regarding patient needs and updates Assist patients in accessing resources such as home health, mobile primary care, or medical equipment Maintain communication with referral partners throughout a patient’s episode of care

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; education or training in healthcare administration or a related field preferred Prior experience in healthcare sales or patient outreach required Existing relationships within the local healthcare community a strong plus Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment Basic computer proficiency Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within assigned territory

Full-time, W-2 employment

Schedule:
