This role combines operational excellence with creative digital marketing skills to keep our pipeline flowing and our online presence growing. Key Responsibilities Marketing Operations Drive the quarterly umbrella/monthly sprint schedule; run 15-min Monday standups; keep Confluence production boards current Spin up Creative Guides, fill placeholders, wrangle freelancers, and push each asset through copy, design, QA, and SharePoint upload Enforce the TTG/ThinkAI/TVS/Controvo style guides and the Brand Asset Naming Convention Build and maintain HubSpot dashboards for Impressions SQLs; baseline data, track sprint targets, and surface insights at retros Audit SOP compliance, archive expired assets, and propose optimizations—then document them Manage vendors, handle PO requests, and keep projects on budget and on time Digital Marketing & Content Creation Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and website traffic Create and optimize engaging digital content across multiple platforms Produce diverse digital content including blog posts, podcast scripts, video concepts, and social media assets Draft social copy, crop Canva images, assemble carousels, schedule LinkedIn posts, and publish newsletters Utilize and manage AI content generation tools to enhance marketing efficiency and output Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to inform content strategy Monitor and analyze web analytics to track performance and identify optimization opportunities Success Metrics 100% of campaign assets follow file naming & style guides 90% of sprint tasks hit publish dates HubSpot dashboards live with baseline metrics by Day 45 Partner review time 60 min/week by Month 3 +15% social impressions & +3 SQLs per sprint by Quarter 2 Measurable improvement in organic search rankings and website traffic by Quarter 2 Required Qualifications 2-5 years in B2B SaaS, MSP, or agency marketing (operations or project management focus) Demonstrated ability to create engaging written and multimedia content Proven mastery of campaign calendars, task boards, and content workflows (ClickUp/Asana/Confluence) Hands-on skills in Canva and Figma; strong copywriting abilities CRM & automation familiarity—HubSpot required (dashboards, lists, simple workflows) Strong grasp of file versioning, naming conventions, and digital asset management Experience with SEO principles and best practices Proficiency with AI content generation platforms and tools Detail obsessed, deadline driven, and energized by SOPs & checklists Comfortable interfacing with technical SMEs and translating jargon into human copy Nice to Have Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field Experience with audio/video editing software Knowledge of multimedia production best practices Adobe Creative Cloud familiarity Video editing or motion graphics chops Data visualization know-how (Looker, Power BI, etc.) Experience with PPC and social media advertising Understanding of marketing automation platforms Certification in Google Analytics, SEO, or related digital marketing area Core Competencies Process First Mindset
