Overview of Job Responsibilities Print:
- Design print advertisements including postcards, magazine covers/ads, newspaper ads, etc.
- Curate and manage direct mail campaigns
- Design and create brochures and flyers for listings
- Handle the procurement of promotional materials
Digital:
- Maintain and enhance the company’s online presence through social media and website updates
- Execute email marketing campaigns and online advertisements
- Create engaging visuals and reports for online marketing
Other:
- Well-versed in inputting and optimizing new listings on Matrix and Flex MLS.
- Maintain client databases and coordinate marketing emails
- Track advertising performance and manage open house materials
- Coordinate photography and sponsorship advertising
- Plan and organize community events
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in marketing, advertising, or a similar role
- Strong creative and design skills, including proficiency in InDesign, Canva, Photoshop, and other design tools
- Exceptional digital marketing skills, including social media management and email marketing
- Proficiency in managing various advertising platforms, including Google My Business, Zillow, and Realtor.com
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities
- Strong communication and writing skills for content creation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
