- Miami) and French Tech Miami are looking for a bilingual, digitally savvy and strategic communicator to join their fast-growing team.
This role blends digital community engagement, content creation, event support, and project management with a new emphasis on AI integration, digital tool adoption, and innovation-driven workflows. Key Responsibilities Digital Strategy & AI Tools Coordination Act as the “AI & Digitalization Champion” within the Chamber, helping identify, test, and implement new digital tools (CRM, AI content generators, analytics platforms, marketing automations, event tools, etc.) Coordinate internal digital workflows (CRM hygiene, analytics dashboards, newsletter automations, membership tracking, surveys, website updates etc.) Train the team on emerging tools (AI image/text, social media analytics, Odoo, Canva, Google Workspace optimization…) Community Management & Content Creation Manage and grow the Chamber and French Tech Miami’s digital presence (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) Plan and execute engaging content calendars—graphics, videos, live updates, newsletters, reels, etc. Craft targeted messaging across newsletters, blogs, campaigns, and press releases. Maintain and enhance website content and SEO with regular updates and optimized visuals. Events & Ecosystem Support Work closely with the events and executive teams to coordinate content and promotional strategies for 25+ events/year. Assist with logistics, communication assets, and on-site support. Capture and repurpose content from events (photos, short videos, key quotes/highlights). Help manage tech integrations during and after events (QR code registration, badge apps, livestreams, recap forms, surveys etc.) Project Management & Strategic Support Provide project management assistance for cross-departmental initiatives: innovation programs, French Weeks, Florida Pavilion, Women in Leadership, ESG Forums, etc. Support the sales and membership team with analytics, reports, and digital dashboards. Create internal knowledge bases and templates (e.g., Notion, Airtable, Trello, etc.) Contribute to strategic thinking and impact measurement through reporting, benchmarks, and member engagement tools. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in digital communication, community management, or project coordination (Chambers of Commerce, accelerators, tech/startup environments a plus). Bilingual in English and French
- both written and spoken.
Proficiency in:
- Social Media Management tools (Meta Suite, Canva, Buffer, etc.)
- Email Marketing and Automation (Mailchimp, Brevo/GetResponse, or similar)
- AI-based tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, image generation tools, etc.)
- Basic CMS/web tools (WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, or similar)
- Google Workspace, Notion, Trello, or similar PM tools Strong writing, storytelling, and copy-editing skills.
Creative mindset with attention to detail and visual branding. Ability to multitask in a small team with fast-paced event and project cycles.
