In-Store Sales Representative (Bilingual – English/Spanish) KitchenCrest Cabinets Doral, FL 33166 About Us We are a B2B kitchen cabinet wholesaler offering in-stock, ready-to-assemble (RTA) Shaker-style cabinets to contractors, retailers, and builders. Our value-added services include design, assembly, and delivery. We source products from Southeast Asia and operate in Florida, Illinois, Texas, and Wisconsin. Position Overview We’re seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish), in-store Sales Representative for our Medley / Doral showroom. This on-site, full-time role requires a strong focus on cold calling to find new potential clients, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the sales team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Cold call potential clients to generate new business opportunities Provide outstanding customer service to walk-in clients and existing customers Assist and support the sales team in daily operations and client follow-ups Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate cabinet solutions Prepare quotes, process orders, and coordinate with internal teams for fulfillment Upsell and cross-sell additional services (assembly, delivery, design) Perform product demonstrations and explain features and benefits Maintain an organized and professional showroom environment Log sales activity and client communications in our CRM system (Nutshell) Requirements Proven experience in sales and customer service, ideally in cabinets industry or related field. Comfortable making cold calls and engaging new clients Strong communication and relationship-building skills Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. Familiarity with technology sales is preferred but not mandatory. Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented Team player with a positive, service-oriented attitude Bilingual in English and Spanish is required •
