Marketing Full Job Description Overview:
The role starts at $52,000 depending on experience. 2-3 years of marketing experience accepted in lieu or marketing degree. Hybrid position. 40 hours weekly, including weekend days. We are seeking an energetic and proactive Marketing Coordinator to help expand our reach and engage more families with our well-established brand through dynamic, on-the-ground marketing efforts. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves getting things done efficiently, and brings a spark of creativity and enthusiasm to everything they do. If you’re passionate about engaging communities, driving brand awareness, and making things happen, especially on weekends, we want to hear from you! The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for implementing the day-to-day execution of the marketing strategy resulting in tangible results with our sales team. This position will report directly to a Regional Manager.
Campaign Support:
Assist in the development, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns that represent our company brand. Collaborate with the team to create content and promotional materials Proofread and edit marketing materials to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Digital Marketing:
Monitor website content and SEO to ensure it is up-to-date and optimized. Track leads and collaborate with team on leads
Graphic Design:
Develop graphics and videos to be used across all marketing channels Maintain brand look and feel consistency across all graphics and marketing collateral
Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify trends and consumer preferences. Analyze competitor strategies and report findings to the team.
Data Analysis:
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools. Support goal-setting by sharing insights from sales activities and customer interactions. Assist with strategic planning to support growth initiatives. Provide insights and recommendations for marketing campaign optimization. Keep database of leads and community members up to date Events and programs: Build relationships with various agencies to participate in community events. Assist in developing, staffing and executing community water safety education/health fairs/special events.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or related experience in Marketing, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field or 2-3 years proven experience in marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns. Strong leadership and project management skills. Able to work in a fast paced, high energy environment that cares for children and families. Bilingual (English/Spanish) Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in marketing software and analytics tools (including SEO, PPC, Meta) Understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes. Growth mindset and a strong willingness to collaborate with the marketing and Customer Service Center team to align sales and outreach efforts. Ability to adapt to evolving marketing technologies and trends. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
