What will I do in this role?

Strategic Planning:

Develops and implements partner marketing strategies that align with business goals and product roadmaps.

Relationship Management:

Builds and maintains strong relationships with existing partners and identifies new potential partners. Works closely with our current Marketing Company (Strategy Red) to make sure we are getting the most ROI.

Campaign Development and Execution:

Creates, manages, and executes co-marketing campaigns, including joint webinars, blog posts, and videos.

Content Creation:

Collaborates with content and creative teams to produce co-branded content that aligns with the overall marketing strategy.

Performance Measurement:

Tracks and analyzes the performance of partner marketing programs to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Works closely with internal teams, including sales, product, and marketing, to ensure alignment and collaboration.

Communication:

Communicate effectively with partners, internal stakeholders, and leadership to convey strategies, progress, and results.

Problem-Solving:

Identifies and addresses challenges or obstacles that may hinder the success of partner marketing initiatives. What skills and experience do I need? You will thrive in this role if you excel in building relationships and delivering excellent customer service. We’re looking for someone with:

Ability to develop and execute successful partner marketing programs that align with business objectives.

Communication Skills:

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to collaborate effectively with partners and internal teams.

Project Management:

Ability to manage multiple projects effectively, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Analytical Skills:

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to measure marketing ROI and track key performance indicators.

Experience:

3-5 years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or B2B marketing is required.

Education:

A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or communication is preferred.

Technical Proficiency:

Familiarity with marketing automation tools, photoshop, and PRM software is often beneficial.

Industry Knowledge:

Understanding of the company’s product offerings and the partner ecosystem is crucial. What impact will I have on the company?
