We’re on the lookout for a Marketing Coordinator to help take our community presence to the next level! As our Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be the voice and face of our brand, helping us connect with patients and families in the community. You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that enhance our office’s presence both digitally and locally. This is not a sit-behind-the-desk job—we want someone who’s excited to take initiative, bring fresh ideas, and be the driving force behind our marketing efforts. This is a leadership position where your creativity, initiative, and organizational skills will make a direct impact on our continued growth. Responsibilities Manage and grow our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) Create engaging content including photos, videos, and posts that align with our brand Plan and execute local marketing campaigns and events Build and maintain relationships with local schools, businesses, and organizations Design marketing materials such as flyers, newsletters, and email campaigns Collaborate with the office team to showcase patient stories, testimonials, and educational content Track and analyze marketing performance metrics Skills Social media savvy – You know how to create content that engages and converts Self-motivated, creative, and detail-oriented Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects A positive, can-do attitude and team player mentality Dental/orthodontic background is a plus Previous marketing experience is a plus
