Job Overview:

We’re seeking a Sales & Marketing Specialist to transform our growth by combining creative marketing with high-impact sales. This role will promote our spa across all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and close deals via WhatsApp, leveraging our Kommo CRM.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing:

Craft scroll-stopping content (Reels, Stories, posts) to showcase our services and attract clients, especially for postoperative care and body contouring. Develop and execute social media strategies to boost engagement and brand visibility. Monitor analytics and optimize campaigns for maximum reach and conversions. Collaborate on promotions, events, and new service launches to captivate our Latino audience.

Sales:

Respond to inquiries via social media DMs and WhatsApp, providing tailored service details and booking appointments. Use Kommo CRM to track leads, manage client interactions, and close sales efficiently. Develop persuasive sales scripts and strategies to meet or exceed monthly targets. Build lasting client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications:

2+ years of proven success in sales and marketing, ideally in beauty, wellness, or related fields. Fluent Spanish (written/spoken) to connect authentically with our Latino clientele. Expertise in creating engaging social media content for Instagram and TikTok. Experience with CRM tools (Kommo a plus) and a knack for data-driven strategies. Results-oriented with a track record of smashing sales quotas and growing brands. Self-motivated, creative, and adaptable to a hybrid work model. Passion for beauty and client satisfaction.
