Responsibilities As a HomeTeam Comercial Sales Representative, you can expect to: Responsible for all aspects of commercial business development and growth. Personal involvement in generating and creating commercial leads and prospects.
Manages all facets of Commercial relationship, including working effectively with all levels in the prospective organization.
Develops and executes an effective sales, marketing and pricing strategy utilizing the guidelines and goals set by RegionVP, Region Sales Manager and Commercial Sales and Marketing Manual. Demonstrates persistence and consistent commitment in executing that strategy.
Researches the market. Identifies and targets prospective Commercial accounts, makes product presentations and effectively closes the sale.
Positively impacts the local industry through community involvement and participation in all Commercial industry associations, events, and committees.
Sustains current knowledge of the Commercial industry with an awareness of prevailing practices, code revisions and ownership changes.
Manages the implementation of new commercial programs including product training and orientation, distribution of marketing materials, communicates installation schedules and organization of service sales efforts.
Works with Residential Sales Department and other branch staff to manage the ongoing commercial relationship at the local level, including addressing and managing operational issues.
Tracks active and inactive proposals, installations, capture and revenue for all commercial in aggregate on an individual company basis.
Assists in preparing operational and financial reports and projections, and in developing strategies for achieving the goals set out in those projections.
Monitors and reviews quality of Taexx®, termite, or conventional installations and services.
Accurately reports all activities in appropriate sales tracking database.
Standardizes procedures to improve efficiency within all areas of branch builder operations.
Responsible for adjusting errors and complaints.

Experience in selling to commercial industry is preferred. Must be able to compile numbers, interpret their meaning and present them in report form. Proficient with Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel, Windows XP or Vista. Experience with project or contact management database a plus. Ability to communicate effectively in both written and oral form. Spanish skills a plus.
