Synergy is currently seeking a Graphic Design Coordinator to join our team. This role provides essential support to the marketing department, assisting in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing strategies and campaigns, with an added emphasis on design and digital tools. Requirements:

Primary Duties The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, those listed below. Campaign Coordination Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns (digital and traditional). Help manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional communication. Graphic Design Design visual assets for social media, email campaigns, presentations, brochures, event materials, and digital platforms. Ensure all designs align with Synergy’s brand identity and quality standards. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to fulfill creative needs across departments. Content Creation & Communications Draft, edit, and manage marketing content for websites, blogs, email newsletters, and social media. Maintain and support internal and external communications for campaigns and events. Social Media & Digital Marketing Plan and schedule social media content across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) Assist in implementing social media and social proof campaigns for brand awareness and lead generation. Monitor engagement and track performance of digital initiatives. Marketing Technology & Analytics Utilize HubSpot to manage email campaigns, contact segmentation, performance tracking, and automation workflows. Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data using tools such as Google Analytics and HubSpot dashboards. Event & Vendor Support Assist with the coordination of marketing events, trade shows, and conferences. Work with vendors to ensure the timely production and delivery of promotional materials. Administrative & Operational Support Maintain calendars of marketing activities, content deadlines, and event schedules Provide administrative support such as meeting prep, presentation development, and internal coordination. Requirements Proficiency in HubSpot, Microsoft Office Suite, and marketing software such as CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and content management systems. Experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEO, and social media management platforms. Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Canva and Figma are a plus. Skills and Competencies Experience with branding, visual storytelling, and digital content creation Understanding of marketing principles and tactics. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Education and/or Experience 2 or more years in a marketing, communications, or graphic design-related role Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred.
