The individual within this role will work a hybrid schedule Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm. This position, under the general supervision of the Director of Marketing and Communications, executes social media content and reporting, handles key administrative functions for the department, assists with content creation and other marketing needs. The ideal candidate will bring the ability to multitask, possess excellent critical thinking skills, be a self-starter, be able to work independently, and proactively identify support opportunities. This person should be a strong writer, highly organized, and comfortable working across a variety of platforms and task types. Creativity, adaptability, and attention to detail are essential in this role.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Execute social media content and scheduling across multiple accounts, including writing captions and tracking performance Maintain social media content calendars and create monthly social media reports Coordinate vendor relations — including quotes, invoices, receipts and sourcing new vendors Manage inventory and ordering for collateral, promotional items, t-shirts and giveaways Code marketing purchases for departmental budget tracking Respond to internal marketing and communications requests as assigned Create short-form videos (i.e. Reels or Stories) to supplement social media content Assist in creation and distribution of email campaigns Maintain marketing email lists and audience segments Perform light website edits as needed Provide general support for the department in areas such as photograph, graphic design, blog writing and event prep Display enthusiasm for the mission of Quest and the individuals we serve Follow all policies and procedures of the department and the organization Other duties as assigned Education and/or
Work Experience Requirements:
Some college, preferably in a related field (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, etc.) Experience/licenses/certifications needed. If experience can be substituted for education, please specify number of years and type: Two years or more relevant work experience preferred Some experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign Familiarity with email marketing platforms (i.e. Mailchimp, Omnisend), CMS (i.e. wordpress) and social media scheduling tools Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans
