This is a Hybrid role, must be able to work in a hybrid work environment both in the office and remotely (in the state of Florida). The office is located in Altamonte Springs, FL. The Marketing Communications Coordinator will be required to perform other job related essential and non-essential responsibilities, requirements, and skills as required.

What it is:

The Marketing Communications Coordinator is a vital supporting role to the Marketing and Communications Department, supporting the planning, execution, tracking, analysis, and reporting of marketing projects and initiatives. This role is responsible for marketing and communications activities and ensuring that they align with Stellar brand standards. Reporting to the Marketing and Communications Manager, this role may have additional responsibilities such as producing marketing collateral, helping organize events, drafting communications and communications plans, and providing project-specific administrative support. What you’ll do: This is an hourly, non-exempt, full-time role. Your essential duties and responsibilities will consist of: Support the marketing team with planning, implementing, tracking, and monitoring marketing/communications projects. Coordinate and assist with marketing analytics and reporting. Gather data and create reports to support department KPIs and analytics tracking. Assist with the coordination and production of marketing materials and collateral. Coordinate brand campaign projects and marketing planning. Write content and storytelling for use on different platforms such as social media, websites, and email. Assist with maintaining brand integrity for Stellar and its partners/vendors through consistent use of brand identity, key messaging, and other brand standards. Assist with organizing and coordinating marketing events such as conferences, webinars, and trade shows. Provide administrative and project support for a variety of projects. Coordinate department activities as required. Must record all hours worked. If overtime is ever worked (over 40 hours), advanced approval is required from the department manager Other responsibilities as assigned. Timely and regular attendance is an essential function of the position; being physically present in the work environment is an essential job function. Cross-training for other departmental functions is expected and required. Must be able to work in a hybrid work environment both in the office and remotely (in the state of Florida).

Requirements:

Who we need: To succeed in this role, the Marketing Communications Coordinator will need a particular skill set. For this position, those include: Other Essential Skills Strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills. Excellent written, verbal communications, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to write clearly and effectively for various audiences. Experience handling multiple projects at the same time while simultaneously meeting deadlines. Researching and interviewing to gather important information. Exceptional customer service skills. Knowledge of marketing and communications’ best practices and tools. Knowledge of project management tools such as Monday.com, Basecamp, etc., is a plus. Proficient in social media management and familiar with tools such as Hootsuite. Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Website Management. Able to adapt to a fast-paced, changing organization with strong organizational skills that reflect an ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail. Knowledge and proficiency in email marketing through platforms such as Mailchimp, Act-On, and Salesforce is a plus. Team player, with ability to be extremely effective independently. Maintain professionalism with customers, vendors, and staff at all times. Real Estate industry experience is a plus. 2. Essential Physical Skills Acceptable vision and hearing (with or without correction) Bending on occasion and lifting to approximately 30 pounds occasionally Standing and walking approximately 2 or more hours a day Talking and sitting for long periods of time, approximately 8-10 hours a day Writing and/or typing for long periods of time, approximately 8-10 hours a day (Reasonable accommodations will be made for otherwise qualified individuals with a disability). 3. Education, Certifications, and Software Skills BA/BS in a Communications or Marketing field, or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 1 year work experience in Marketing or Communications. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint), SharePoint & Teams is a plus. Working knowledge of widely used Social Media platforms/applications.
