Marketing Coordinator (Part-Time)

Pay:
$22 to $25 an hour
Overview:
We’re seeking a flexible, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator on behalf of our client. This role supports a wide range of marketing tasks including campaign coordination, research, events, and social media. Ideal candidates will be organized, proactive, and experienced in marketing research and project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and post content across social media platforms Conduct marketing and competitor research for presentations Coordinate print jobs and vendor logistics Assist with media placements (radio, print, etc.) Build PowerPoint presentations and update property rate sheets Support monthly email campaigns and acquisition mailings Help manage advertising placements and agency projects Assist with internal/external event coordination (setup, prep) Review casting calls and survey data Provide general support for marketing ticket requests and side projects
Requirements:
1-3 years of marketing coordination or assistant experience Strong skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word Experience with social media management and marketing research Reliable transportation required for occasional event support Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
