Role Overview The Sales and Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing campaigns, coordinating sales initiatives, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize strategies, ensuring that sales agents are well-supported through targeted campaigns and Local Community Events. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate effectively across departments. These professionals bridge the gap between marketing strategies and sales execution, ensuring that their initiatives are impacting Sales Goals. By effectively supporting sales agents through strategic marketing initiatives and well-executed events, professionals in this role can:

Increase Lead Generation :

Attract more qualified leads through targeted campaigns.

Enhance Brand Awareness :

Strengthen the company’s presence in the market.

Improve Sales Conversion Rates :

Equip sales agents with the tools and information needed to close deals more effectively.

Foster Stronger Client Relationships :

Engage clients through personalized events and communications.

Responsibilities Coordinate Marketing Campaigns :

Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with sales goals, including digital campaigns, email marketing, and Local Community outreach.

Organize Events :

Support and execute events such as Seniors engagements, webinars, and product launches to engage potential clients and support sales efforts.

Create Sales Materials :

Develop brochures, presentations, and other collateral to assist sales agents in their client interactions.

Analyze Performance :

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing insights to optimize future strategies. Collaborate with

Sales Teams :

Work closely with sales agents to understand their needs and tailor marketing support accordingly.

Education & Experience Education :

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Experience :

1-3 years in a marketing or sales support role, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry. Preferred Qualifications Strong organizational and project management abilities. Proficiency in CRM software Go High Level and marketing tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights. Event planning and coordination expertise.

Job Type:
Full-time Pay:

$50,000.00 – $550,000.00 per year
