This is a temporary, in-person role to help us manage operations, logistics, and guest engagement from May 13-15, 2025 (Tuesday-Thursday).

Rosen Center Orlando, FL Pay:

$25-$40/hour based on experience Key Responsibilities

• Set up and manage non-booth display materials
• Distribute flyers, QR cards, lanyards, and branded items
• Scan badges, track lead quality, and capture notes
• Answer basic questions and direct attendees to founder or sales lead
• Assist with setup and tear-down (includes some minor lifting)
• Take event photos/videos as directed Requirements
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs (equipment and signage)
• Punctual, reliable, and attentive to detail
• Must be available all three days (May 13-15, 2025) Preferred Qualifications
• Military affiliation (Veteran or Military Spouse)
• Familiarity with tech, AI, or government contracting
• Event staffing or customer-facing experience

Job Types:

Contract, Temporary Pay:

$25.00 – $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 24 per week

Schedule:
