Job Description:

Campus Customs is looking for a tech-savvy, customer-focused Sales and Web Department Assistant to support both our in-store and online operations. Based in Celebration, FL, this full-time position offers the opportunity to work closely with our Director of Web Development while also serving as a friendly point of contact for walk-in customers and community events. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of partners in different industries including professional sports teams, music and entertainment, and universities.

Responsibilities:

Provide in-person support to customers and assist with walk-in inquiries to include creating sales quotes, assisting in pick-ups, and answering questions Work daily in Shopify and Inksoft sales platforms to update and maintain products Assist with website content updates, order management, and reporting Perform accurate and efficient data entry for web and sales systems Support the Web Director with digital tasks and organizational projects Participate in occasional community events and pop-up sales

Requirements:

Comfortable working on a computer for extended periods Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to multitask between digital and customer-facing responsibilities Prior experience with Shopify, Inksoft, ShopWorks, Basecamp, Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, or similar platforms is a plus Coding experience (HTML & Liquid) is a plus Availability for occasional events outside of standard hours
