We are searching for an energetic marketing coordinator/ AGENT assistant / administrator looking to take our success to the next level. The leading candidate for this role will harness the ability to wear many hats, utilize multiple skillsets and presents themselves seamlessly among our luxury clientele.

Marketing Coordinator Job Duties:

Implements marketing + advertising campaigns by analyzing industry trends, market updates, direct competition and AGENT’s own inventory ebb/flow to determine upcoming print, digital, social + email efforts. Supports AGENT + sales team members with daily/weekly office tasks. Build a confident relationship and rapport with the real estate brokerage’s Marketing Department (MD) by coordinating all print, digital, and other marketing projects. Also, maintain marketing deadlines & calendar. Accomplish organization goals by accepting responsibility for new and different tasks as they arise in the week, without losing focus on deadlines and daily priorities. Monitor AGENT’s schedule to ensure deadlines/priorities are met. Create and manage calendar for transactions + AGENT marketing. Weekly competition research to ensure ongoing strategy updates in all marketing campaigns efforts to gain positive results/growth. Monitors AGENT’s marketing budgets/spending by comparing and analyzing actual results with media plans and forecasts — ensuring highest ROI. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, bringing a proactive approach to learning the industry, subscribing to all industry newsletters and articles. Ultimately, needs to keep a pulse on the industry at all times. Organizes promotional materials needed for Open Houses, events, showings, etc. Must be flexible and able to adapt to all high-pressure situations — i.e. dropping immediate workload to assist AGENT, ability to drive long distance to meet AGENT when needed, availability for the (rare) occurrence when you are needed on the weekend for an event or open house. Listing Support +

Transaction Management:

Provide concierge level customer service to clients and customers. Organizes listing & contract paperwork. Communicate with clients and provide customer support. Keep strict tabs on deadlines

Including:

Inspection deadlines, deposit deadlines, appraisal ordered, repairs done, loan commitment, walkthrough & closing dates. Coordinate closings to ensure continuity & communication between AGENT, client & Involved parties. Follow the transactions from start to finish. Skills +
