The Marketing Coordinator’s primary role is to support the Director of Marketing Operations managing a comprehensive integrated marketing communications plan. S/he will be responsible for the quality and timely delivery of projects that creatively market Lynn University’s student experience, academic programs and innovations.

Essential duties and responsibilities
General:
Contribute to the development of university-wide marketing programs and deliverables. Adhere to project requirements including brand strategy, deadlines, and budgets. Ensure quality assurance by following established work flow. Own or support team projects; collaborating with copywriters, photographers, designers, web developers, marketing and public relations specialists to meet university objectives. Conduct trend and market research per vertical, per target audience, including planning and analysis; maintain quarterly KPI reports. Support the campus store with coverage, execution of marketing plan deliverables and other support as needed. Assist the events team with logistics as necessary.
Project management and traffic coordination:
Assist on daily project-related tasks: update client/team, build timelines, route proofs, etc. Assure projects remain on time; recommend production schedule adjustments accordingly. Support project management software configuration; advise, define and communicate processes (i.e. design briefs, approvals), etc. Work with departments across the university to develop a schedule for the on-time delivery of marketing projects. Monitor process to ensure continuous flow of materials through the process to ensure on time delivery. Troubleshoot problems to make sure a project or process remains on schedule. Monitor communication and work between departments to ensure the process is progressing on schedule. Other duties as assigned. Required knowledge, skills, and abilities Knowledge of project management concepts and software. Knowledge of marketing concepts. Efficient in MS Office Suite, Apple technologies. Understands project management and marketing automation tools (Workamajig). Work both independently and within a team environment. Excellent customer service skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Detail-oriented. Comfort working under tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment. Minimum qualifications Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
