Office and Marketing Coordinator About Us:

As we continue to grow, we seek a dynamic individual who can support both our daily operations and creative marketing efforts.
Position Overview:
We are looking for an energetic Office and Marketing Coordinator to manage day-to-day administrative tasks, support our marketing initiatives, and help Saltability run smoothly. You will be key in maintaining an organized office, providing customer support, and assisting with social media and promotional activities.
Responsibilities:
Office Administration:
- Answer phones, manage general inquiries, and support customer service needs
- Organize shipments, prepare invoices, and process small orders
- Assist the leadership team with administrative tasks and project coordination
- Support light bookkeeping or data entry if needed
Marketing and Social Media:
- Create and post engaging social media content at least 4 times per week
- Help coordinate product promotions, newsletters, and digital campaigns
- Manage basic updates to the website (training provided if needed)
- Monitor and engage with our online community across platforms
Ideal Candidate:
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Comfortable working in a small, flexible team environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and social media platforms
- Experience with Canva, Shopify, Constant Contact, or similar tools is a plus
- Positive attitude, creativity, and a passion for wellness are highly valued!
