Social Media & Marketing Coordinator (Part-Time) 4.3 4.3 out of 5 stars Wesley Chapel, FL 33544 • Hybrid work Are you a creative and organized marketing pro who loves making content that gets attention? We’re a small, fast-paced real estate team looking for a Part-Time Marketing Specialist to help grow our brand and connect with buyers and sellers across the Tampa Bay area.
What You’ll Do:
Create and schedule engaging content across all major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn) Design eye-catching marketing materials using Canva Produce short-form video content (reels, stories, ads) that align with our brand Manage and optimize Google My Business profile, including posts and visual design Collaborate with our team on ideas for campaigns, open house promotions, and listing content
What We’re Looking For:
Proficiency with Canva and all major social platforms Experience creating and editing reels, stories, and social media ads Familiarity with Google My Business content and branding Creative mindset with strong attention to detail Self-starter who’s comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines
Bonus Points If You:
Have experience in real estate or a related industry Understand basic analytics for social media and online listings Enjoy writing clever captions and testing new ideas
Position Details:
Part-time (approximately 15-25 hours/week) Remote/flexible schedule Room to grow with a top-performing real estate team
