Full Job Description SUMMARY:

Full time openings for talented and outgoing individuals to join our team as a BDC Sales Coordinator. You will create/schedule/confirm appointments; make outbound calls to generate business for the company and follow-up with clients for aftermarket. You will primarily make inbound and outbound calls to current, previous and prospective clients, report your progress and deliver exceptional customer service. Full training available. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Communicate effectively with customer website/Internet customers and prospects whether by phone, by e-mail, website chat and/or in person. Assist customers in scheduling a visit to select a vehicle and offers sales support. Re-schedule missed appointments Confirm customer appointments and follow up afterwards. Check e-mail frequently and respond to inquiries in a timely manner. Deliver messages intended for other departments promptly. Notify customers that their messages have been forwarded to the appropriate personnel for prompt attention. Handle all Internet sales inquiries personally. Research auto-buying services on the Internet and act as liaison with any services the dealership uses to promote its site or advertise. Establish personal income goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity and devise a strategy to meet those goals. Keep abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc. and their benefits to customers. Attend product and sales training as requested by manager.
