We are seeking a driven and outgoing Community Marketing Coordinator to represent our offices at local events, promote our services, support marketing efforts across digital platforms, and help us grow our patient base. Community Outreach & Local Marketing Attend local events, community fairs, and health expos to represent our dental offices with energy and professionalism Promote our services, educate attendees about treatment options, insurance plans, and current promotions Schedule new patient appointments on the spot — and receive bonus compensation for every new patient scheduled and seen Gather patient testimonials, insights, and content ideas to enhance our local digital footprint Follow up with leads and ensure a smooth transition to the appropriate office staff Track and report on leads generated and appointments scheduled Digital Marketing & Brand Management Develop, update, and monitor the team website in collaboration with external vendors.

Co llaborate with web developers to optimize website content and improve user experience Design, manage, and gain approval for all marketing materials and branded content Facilitate digital invitations and communications to patients and community partners Create engaging content (photos, videos, stories) for social media and in-office activities Design and execute social media strategies to support office goals and increase engagement Work with remote marketing team to ensure alignment on campaigns, content, and promotions Implement SGI strategies to boost online visibility and reach Maintain and manage a marketing calendar for projects and initiatives Analyze marketing data and performance metrics to drive strategy and decision-making Why You’ll Love This Role A fun, team-driven environment in a dental setting where your work has real impact Freedom to be creative and bring ideas to life, both in-person and digitally Bonus compensation for community outreach success A chance to make a difference by connecting patients to quality dental care Compensation Base hourly rate: $18-$22/hour (based on experience)

Bonus/Incentive:
